Linda Allen heads the Peak Business Law team and is primarily responsible for all firm activities and client satisfaction. Since 1999 she has been committed to providing outstanding legal services through developing tailored solutions to address each business’ needs. She is a trusted business partner providing incomparable value to business owners. Her vast experience working in the U.S. and International Business communities allows her to focus on providing outstanding service to corporations desiring to establish, maintain or expand operations in the United States and abroad.
Ms. Allen received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Michigan State University and attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate. She was selected as a Women’s International Center Living Legacy Scholarship Recipient and was a member of the National Lawyer’s Guild and the Lawyer’s Club. Further, Ms. Allen was fortunate to work with former Immigration and Naturalization Service Commissioner, Alan C. Nelson in his private practice.
Prior to the establishment of Peak Business Law , Ms. Allen served as Decker Law Group’s Managing Attorney. The firm’s U.S. and International Business law practice focused on representing large multinational corporations in a wide range of business issues. Specifically, Ms. Allen formed and maintained U.S. franchises and distributorships, handled contract negotiations, sales of businesses, mergers and acquisitions. The Immigration division of Decker Law Group handled U.S. immigration law issues for corporate clients. The firm was proud to have forged many working relationships with colleagues in the International Business community.
Linda Allen has authored numerous articles on Business law and immigration law issues and has been invited frequently to lecture to human resource professionals, business owners and attorneys. Linda’s prior speaking engagements include Lorman Educational Services sponsored seminars and company-sponsored speaking engagements at Goodrich Aerostructures Group, Pacific Bell, Embarcadero Systems Corporation, Engine X, Mira Costa College Professional Work Development Program and the City Club, to name a few. She is a member of the California Bar, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Strategic Trusted Investor’s Roundtable (San Diego), the Society for Human Resource Management, the San Diego County Bar, the Thomas More Society and Delta Theta Phi, an International law fraternity.
